Join us for the second in a three-part series meant to help women be more successful litigators. This session will examine what mediators and litigators need to know. When should you settle? How do you decide what is the right number? What do you need to discuss with your client? What are the different paths to settlement? How do you draft a terms sheet, what does it need to say and include and how should you phrase those emails? And what should a settlement agreement include? Get answers to all of these questions from a panel of distinguished female attorneys.
