2023 Mid-Year Meeting Hotel Reservations

The event will be headquartered at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand. Please note our room block is currently sold-out. You may contact Melenie Wernersbach at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist. Should we secure additional rooms, or in the event of cancellations, rooms will be allocated accordingly.

If you have a reservation in an NJSBA hotel room block, please note the following:

NJSBA Meeting Registration Required
At least one adult in each room must pay Mid-Year Meeting registration fees. Regular registration rates are in effect through July 14. A $75 late registration fee will be added for anyone registering on or after July 15.

Check-In, Check-Out
• Check-in is 5 p.m. the day of arrival. If you would like your room to be available upon arrival, you must reserve it the night before.
• Check-out is at noon.

Guaranteeing Your Reservation 
• On or about Sept. 15 you will receive a secure link directly from the hotel for payment of two nights deposit. You must make this payment as soon as possible after receiving the link to guarantee your room. Be sure to review the cancellation policies.
