This informative seminar aims to promote awareness and education on diversity, allyship and elimination of bias. The program will facilitate a discussion from multiple perspectives and to provide specific strategies to combat racism, sexism and bias.

Join to learn about being a proactive ally to fellow lawyers in a time of social and racial injustice and unrest, and how to recognize and weed out implicit bias and racism with the goal to support, promote and defend one another.

This will be an open discussion among panel members, with questions directed to each panelist to facilitate discussion. Discussions will include perspectives from women and diverse members of the bar and specific strategies to combat bias, racism and sexism, especially in the context of current events.
