is the Senior Director of Marketing for the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has more than 15 years of experience in print media, brand development and marketing, including more than 12 years’ experience with search engine placement and web technologies.

nDr. Spangler has been recognized in publications including the Washington Post as an expert in marketing and technology. His associations include the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation, the Marketing Research Association and the Official Direct Marketing Association. He has lectured on brand development/marketing technology domestically and abroad.
