About the Presenters:

Arthur Traldi - An international litigator and provides consulting services on legal capacity-building, rule of law, investigations and litigation, including the investigation, litigation and adjudication of crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide.

Yfat Barak-Cheney - Through her work, Yfat engages with stakeholders such as governments, international organizations, civil society and tech companies on issues of hate speech and antisemitism online, Holocaust Denial and Distortion online, using technology for education and more.

Zachary D. Kaufman, J.D., Ph.D. - Professor of Law at University of Florida Levin College of Law and an award-winning scholar and practitioner of Criminal Law, International Law, National Security Law, and Transitional Justice.

Eran Sthoeger - A New York based litigator, consultant and advisor on matters of public international law. He has vast experience in litigating and advising on complex legal matters such as land and maritime boundaries, the law of the sea, treaty law, investment law, the law of international organizations, human rights law and the use of force and humanitarian law issues.
