NJICLE, in cooperation with CNA, presents an ALL NEW program, designed to help New Jersey attorneys gain insight into how to avoid malpractice claims and ethics grievances, and to save money on legal malpractice insurance premiums!

The current legal market presents various opportunities for risk-conscious entrepreneurs to develop law firm strategies that meet the needs of the modern client. This program will offer effective strategies to manage cyber risks in the practice of law. The program will also provide valuable recommendations to react and respond to fraudulent conduct by clients, as well as provide an overview of the leading legal malpractice decisions. Finally, the course will offer strategies to manage change in law firms including retirement and lateral moves and address lawyer well being.
