Associate Attorney – Surenian, Edwards, Buzak & Nolan, LLC

Surenian, Edwards, Buzak & Nolan, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with the skills, experience, and drive to join our thriving law firm. We are a statewide practice with a distinguished reputation in affordable housing law (“Mount Laurel”) as well as a broad range of municipal and land use matters. Our Firm is well known for excellence in representing municipalities, planning boards, zoning boards, utility authorities, and other local governmental entities. In addition to Mount Laurel litigation, our work spans redevelopment law, general land use, tax law and tax appeals, and real estate transactions.

The Ideal Candidate
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (active status required)
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: municipal law, land use, redevelopment, tax law/tax appeals, or real estate
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Intelligent, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence

Position: Full time
Required: active license to practice in NJ.
