Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney, with two to four years of litigation experience for our Fairfield, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate should be admitted (or about to be admitted) to practice law in New Jersey and New York. This is a small but growing firm with a niche practice representing corporate and high net worth clients in various litigation and transaction matters. The ideal candidate should have interest and experience in commercial/business litigation and business transaction matters.

We offer very competitive compensation and benefits package: healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and year-end bonus. Starting salaries will range between $110,000 to $155,000, plus bonus for associates with 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
