Resnick Law Group, P.C. is an employment law firm serving primarily NJ and NY employees in workplace disputes against their employers. Our areas of practice include wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements. We are experienced, aggressive advocates known for our willingness to take cases to trial. Our firm is passionate about defending employee rights and achieving successful outcomes.

We are seeking a Per Diem Attorney for a part-time (15-30 hrs/week), hybrid remote role in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, exceptional writing skills, and an eagerness to work directly with clients. Responsibilities will include conducting initial client consultations and assisting with legal research and writing as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong background in Law and Labor and Employment Law
Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York (ideally)
Passion for defending employee rights and achieving justice
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
