Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Workers’ Compensation defense, or a relevant judicial clerkship. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term litigation career while gaining exposure to a broad range of insurance defense and civil matters.
Candidates must be fully admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York license a plus). Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills are essential, along with the ability to manage cases independently, exercise sound judgment, and stay highly organized.
The position offers a salary of $115,000–$120,000, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys, managing cases from start to finish, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and preparing for arbitration and trial.
