Job Description:

Fava Law is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated attorney with 5–8 years of experience practicing family law. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-centered approach. You’ll work closely with our team of dedicated family law professionals on a variety of matters including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment issues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Advise and advocate for clients with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal service
Maintain organized case files and meet all court and client deadlines
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to the NJ Bar and in good standing
5–8 years of experience handling family law matters
Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality representation
