Join the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section for an informative session highlighting recent New Jersey construction law decisions and their practical implications.  This program will analyze key Supreme Court and Appellate Division rulings that continue to shape bid protests and construction-related consumer fraud claims.

Attendees will gain practical guidance on how evolving judicial interpretations of the Consumer Fraud Act are influencing business-to-business disputes, contractor liability, and damage calculations. This session is designed to help construction law practitioners, in-house counsel, and litigators stay current on the latest developments shaping their clients’ rights and remedies in both public and private construction matters. Attend in person or virtually to keep your practice aligned with these important shifts in the law.

Following the presentation, attendees are invited to gather at a nearby bar/restaurant for informal networking, conversation, and a chance to catch up with colleagues in the construction law community.
