Please join the construction law committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association on April 22, 2026 at the New Jersey Law Center at 6:00 pm for a discussion of payment and performance bonds on construction projects.  The presentation will be beneficial for both new and experienced attorneys as it will include topics relating to fundamental aspects of those bonds and their practical application on construction projects.  There will also be an opportunity to network with attorneys and surety professionals before and after the presentation. 

The presenters will be Brant Forrest, Esq. of Murphy Schiller & Wilks, Michael McDonough, Esq. of Ferro Labella & Weiss, Joseph Catania and Tony DiMartino from Anderson & Catania.
