Association Offers Comments on Changes to Title IX Regulations

NEW BRUNSWICK – The New Jersey State Bar Association submitted comments on the Proposed Amendments to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
   
The proposals aim to protect campus communities from sexual harassment and other forms of sexual misconduct, while also seeking to provide a fair process to determine when a student's conduct violates Title IX.
