NJSBA Pleased No Assessment Increase For Attorneys, Expresses Concerns About Use of Reserves For Disciplinary Matters

NEW BRUNSWICK – In a letter about the Disciplinary Oversite Committee, the NJSBA said it was pleased there would be no increase in the annual registration attorneys must pay next year. However, the association said the speed with which the committee is expected to use its reserve funds is alarming and urged the Court to help the agency find cost-saving measures.
