NJSBA files as amicus in family case

NEW BRUNSWICK – The association filed a friend-of-the-court brief in Bisbing v. Bisbing, a case that focuses on whether the plaintiff, who did not have an attorney, made a clear, knowing and unmistakable waiver of statutory rights to have a court grant permission to relocate children.
