Civil Case Law Update
New Jersey’s premier CLE event on civil case law will return for a presentation by New Jersey Appellate and Superior Court judges on key cases from the last year. Registrants can choose from three locations to attend: North Jersey on Jan. 24, 2026, Central Jersey on Feb. 7, 2026, and South Jersey on March 14, 2026. Learn the latest strategies and developments that will strengthen your practice. Our panel of New Jersey Appellate and Superior Court judges will present a summary and analysis of the key cases from the past year. You’ll walk away with a comprehensive understanding of the current civil trial climate, as well as an arsenal of new strategies you can put to work right away in the cases you handle.
