Noncompete and No-Poach Agreements in Healthcare: Navigating the FTC’s Proposed Noncompete Rule, the DOJ’s Criminal No-Poach Prosecutions, and Private Litigation
Members of the Health Law Section are invited to join this CLE course which will guide health care counsel on noncompete agreements and other restrictive covenants in health care. This CLE will discuss the FTC’s proposed rule and evolving state laws for the use of noncompete and no-poach agreements in the health care industry and will examine the DOJ’s ongoing no-poach prosecutions and the potential for private litigation. It will also offer best practices for navigating noncompete and no-poach agreements in health care.
