Updates on Community Solar, organized by the law firm of Bevan, Mosca & Guiditta, PC
Members of the Public Utility Law Section are invited to join this informative CLE program on community solar. Presenter, Chris Kallaher, will discuss community solar subscriber organizations, self-attestation to enroll in the community solar program, what other states are doing and any issues associated with implementing BPU required consolidated billing for community solar subscribers. Beth McKeever will present the impact of expansion of the BPU’s community solar program on community solar and successful efforts to include LMI subscribers.
The Section's general business meeting will follow the CLE presentation.
