Capitol Report: Supreme Court Issues Stay on ACPE Opinion 745 Regarding Out-of-state Referral Fees

Check out this week’s Capitol Report for an update on the NJSBA’s push to reverse a recent Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics opinion that banned referral fees for out-of-state attorneys.
