Hot Topics In Pharmacy Law – Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and More
Members of the Health Law Section are invited to join this CLE presentation on Hot Topics in Pharmacy Law. Speakers will provide an overview of key Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) functions and the central role PBMs play in the prescription drug distribution system, including impacts on drug costs and access. They will highlight the increasing regulatory scrutiny of PBMs and other significant PBM industry trends. We will also discuss various hot topics in pharmacy, such as GLP-1 compounding, recent DEA rules impacting pharmacy practice, and recent FDA guidance impacting pharmacies.
