Association offers comments on Special Needs Trusts proposals

NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA submitted comments about proposed amendments to N.J.A.C. 10:71, Medicaid Only.
   
The changes have to do with the use and treatment of Special Needs Trusts and proposed requirements for the use of Qualified Income Trusts related to the Medicaid program.
