Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC is seeking an Associate Attorney committed to a long-term career in civil litigation, insurance defense, and trial practice. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop expertise in insurance litigation and complex civil cases in New Jersey.

Candidates must be fully admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York license a plus) and have 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience or a judicial clerkship. Strong writing, analytical skills, and sound judgment are essential.

This position offers a salary of $115,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience, plus an excellent benefits package. You will gain hands-on experience in all stages of litigation—drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, handling motions, depositions, and trial preparation—while working alongside respected senior litigators. The role provides mentorship, exposure to all aspects of civil and insurance defense litigation, and a supportive, collegial culture that values teamwork and work-life balance.
