What You’ll Do:
You will work closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of education law matters, including:
Advising school boards and administrators on day-to-day legal issues
Handling student-related matters, including discipline and special education disputes
Counseling on personnel and labor issues
Drafting and reviewing policies and governance documents
Representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Demonstrated interest or experience in education law, public entity work, or administrative law
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and sound professional judgment
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
