The OpportunityWe are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases.
The position offers mentorship from experienced attorneys, along with the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the firm over time.Responsibilities
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances, mediations, and conferences
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Assist in case evaluation, strategy, and resolutionQualifications
• Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey (Pennsylvania a plus)
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred, but not required)
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Professional, reliable, and responsive
• Comfortable taking ownership of work in a small firm setting
• Interest in contributing to the long-term growth of the practice is a plusCompensation
• $90,000 – $115,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
