Clark Guldin Attorneys at Law, a business law and litigation firm with an emphasis in real estate development matters headquartered in Montclair, New Jersey, is seeking experienced counsel with New York and New Jersey business litigation experience, preferably including commercial real estate and general business matters and disputes. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, superior writing skills, big/mid-size firm background and training, and have at least five years of experience handling complex litigation in in New York and New Jersey.
