• Legal intelligence in formulating case strategies

• Strong desire to win results on behalf of injured clients
• Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies
• Second language skills are a plus
Qualifications
• 7 plus years of experience in New Jersey P.I. civil litigation
• NJ Admission (NY a plus)
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
• Medical Malpractice Experience and/or Product Liability
• Proven Track Record
• Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
• Federal Court Experience a plus
• Good writing skills
• Winning record
• Solid work ethic

Salary Range – $100,000-$150,000
