Job Description:

We are seeking a litigation associate with court appearance experience to join our firm. Currently we are flexible with working from home, however, for the first 4 months we will require 4 days in the office. This policy could change. Responsibilities include representing clients in litigation matters; drafting pleadings, discovery and motions; appearing in court and attending depositions commensurate with experience level; providing strategic counsel to clients in connection with legal disputes; working closely with clients to develop innovate legal strategies and solutions; collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services. Qualifications should be: strong academic record; Active Bar Admission in NJ (other states a plus); 2-5 years’ experience in litigation; strong case management skills with the ability to handle complex matters independently; court appearance experience; excellent writing and research skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
