Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for a 2–5 year attorney who:
– Has family law experience in New Jersey
– Has clerkship experience (strongly preferred)
– Is confident in court or eager to build courtroom skills
– Prefers real client interaction over hiding behind email
– Understands that family law requires both empathy and backbone
– Utilize technology and have a passion for family law
-Be a team player, who would like to be team captain some day

What You’ll Do
– Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment matters
– Appear in court regularly (motions, hearings, conferences)
– Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial submissions
– Take and defend depositions
– Conduct client strategy meetings
– Communicate directly with opposing counsel (phone, not just email)
– Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation
Qualifications
– JD and admission to the New Jersey Bar
– 1–5 years of family law experience
– Clerkship experience preferred
– Strong writing skills
– Strong courtroom presence (or serious desire to develop one)
– Professional maturity and client discretion
