Full-Time | Criminal Defense | Constitutional & Firearm Law

Evan F. Nappen Attorney At Law, PC is a highly respected Criminal Defense law firm located in Central New Jersey, with a nationally recognized focus on Firearms Law and the Second Amendment. We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney ready to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

– Conduct client interviews and assist in case intake and preparation
– Research legal issues and draft legal documents, including motions, letters, and briefs
– Represent clients at hearings and proceedings (in-person and via Zoom)
– Manage and organize case files efficiently
– Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
– Travel throughout New Jersey may be required

Qualifications

– Active New Jersey Attorney License (required)
– Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
– Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
– Confident in both courtroom and virtual settings
– Self-motivated and capable of managing a diverse caseload independently
