Job Description:

We are seeking a New Jersey-licensed litigation attorney to join an established plaintiff-side employment practice and assume meaningful responsibility from the outset. This is not a document-review position or a secondary supporting role. The selected attorney will work directly with lead counsel and clients on significant discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower and wrongful-termination matters.

Location: The attorney may be based in either our Marlton or Northfield, New Jersey office. This is a hybrid position requiring approximately [two/three] days per week in the selected office, together with court appearances, depositions, mediations and other proceedings as required.

Compensation: $130,000–$175,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus and potential participation in successful case results where appropriate. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation.
