Riker Danzig is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of employment law experience to join its Employment Law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience both counseling employers on a wide range of employment-related issues and representing employers in litigation.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of employment law experience
• Experience advising employers on day-to-day employment matters, including compliance and risk management
• Experience representing employers in employment-related litigation
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and clients
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $154,000 – $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
