Commercial Litigation
Riker Danzig is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Complex Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sophisticated commercial and financial services litigation, including class action and real estate matters.
Qualifications:
• 4–8 years of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation
• Experience handling class action lawsuits and real estate litigation
• Experience with title insurance matters is a plus
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $154,000 – $185,000, depending on the position and level of experience. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
