Boutique creditor’s rights law firm specializing in real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, landlord tenant and related civil litigation has immediate opening for a full time attorney.

Practice law and still have a life. Our attorneys work a consistent Monday–Friday, 9-to-5 schedule. Evenings and weekends are yours.

Admission to New Jersey bar required.

Responsibilities include:

Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice;
Strategizing on how to resolve client’s cases in a favorable and cost effective manner;
Drafting legal pleadings, including complaints, briefs and settlement agreements;
Court appearances.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
