Associate Attorney – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation
Linden, NJ | In-Person
A well-established boutique plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Linden, NJ, seeks a motivated New Jersey-licensed Associate Attorney to join its team.
Attorneys with 0–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates with additional experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through settlement or trial
Draft pleadings and conduct discovery
Handle depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation
Maintain direct client contact and work collaboratively with support staff
The practice focuses primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
