Comments offered on proposed court rule changes

NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA submitted comments on several proposed rule changes, including those in complementary dispute resolution, family matters, evidence rules, and municipal court practice. The association will also offer testimony at the Court's public hearing on the proposals in the coming weeks. Read the letters here.
