Court assigns special master in DWI case

NEW BRUNSWICK – The New Jersey Supreme Court said a special master would be necessary to resolve more outstanding issues with the Alcotest, a decision that did not agree with the NJSBA's amicus position in State v. Cassidy. Read the NJSBA brief here. Read the Court's order here.
