The NJSBA Lawyer Well-Being Committee presents a free webinar for all members: A Law Firm’s 4-Day Workweek: Results, Lessons, and Takeaways

Volunteer Lawyers for Justice (VLJ) made a bold move by adopting a four-day workweek without sacrificing client service or impact. In this session, Cathy Keenan, Executive Director of VLJ, will share how the organization researched, planned, and successfully implemented this shift. She will discuss changes made to workflows and expectations, as well as how the model has performed over time. Attendees will gain practical insights and real-world tips for organizations considering a four-day workweek, including lessons learned, common challenges, and strategies for building a more sustainable and effective workplace.
