Join us for the first in a three-part series meant to help women be more successful litigators. This kick-off program will cover trial skills, such as when negotiation becomes necessary, mediation, discovery of bad facts, and how to engage the discussions. It will also cover when to avoid negotiation and negotiation strategies, including the back-and-forth exchanges, how to understand the risks and benefits of bracketed negotiations. The expert panel will also look at whether to put your foot on the gas or hold off while your negotiation is pending. And, most importantly, the conversation will cover client management - how to educate clients, what to do prior to negotiation, how to ensure their knowledge and understanding of the proceedings during negotiation and what to do while you wait for an agreement.
