The American Bar Association released a groundbreaking study on the workplace factors affecting the mental health and well-being of women lawyers. Based on a national survey of 2,915 lawyers and 12 focus groups, the study explores the major stressors facing women lawyers, how their experiences differ from those of men and steps employers and the profession can take to address those challenges. NJSBA Past President Karol Corbin Walker oversaw the study as chair of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. Read the report here.
