About the Program

Multicounty (Mass Torts) Litigation Forum

The Multicounty (Mass Torts) Litigation Forum is an innovative program that will advance your insight into the various aspects of litigation in the mass torts arena. Start the morning with a riveting case law update for 2025. Learn strategies from a distinguished panel of judges on how to effectively move your case to trial. Acquire knowledge about the limits of bankruptcy and the 7th Amendment in mass torts litigation from an esteemed panel.

Afterwards, New Jersey MCL judges will update you on what is happening in the mass torts they are overseeing from the bench. The judges will discuss, among other things, surviving expert witness challenges and what you need to know about artificial intelligence to stay competitive. Absorb valuable information on being prepared for appeals from an esteemed panel that includes an associate justice of the state Supreme Court and a federal judge from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
