NEW BRUNSWICK – The New Jersey State Bar Association is urging officials in Trenton to add $8 million in state funding to provide civil legal representation for New Jerseyans living in poverty who are facing a tsunami of legal problems as a result of COVID-19.
Legal Services has reported that it already sees clear evidence of heightened activity.
