NJSBA expresses serious concern regarding proposals to update the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct

NEW BRUNSWICK – In a letter to the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professionalism, the New Jersey State Bar Association highlighted three issues of primary concern in proposed updates to the ABA RPCs which the association says could pose significant harm to the public. Read the letter here.
