NEW BRUNSWICK – The NJSBA reinforced its opposition to the ABA's proposed changes to the Model RPCs on some advertising and communications rules that would endanger the public. Read the letter here.
On Feb. 3, NJSBA President Thomas H. Prol testified before the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility in opposition to proposed amendments to Model RPCs 7.1 – 7.5 at the ABA 2017 Mid-Year Meeting in Miami, Florida. Read the testimony here.
