nMs. Katcher is a former Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the City of Newark. In the latter position she assisted in organizing and supporting the City’s Quality of Life Program as well as working with the Port Authority Police to prosecute illegal limousine activity at Newark Airport. She has served as an adjunct professor for the Criminal Justice Departments at Kean University, the County College of Morris and the College of St. Elizabeth, and has been a Senior Instructor for Garden State CLE since 2012.
