The NJSBA Insurance Law Section has developed an important seminar on major rulings and legal developments from the past year. Both new and experienced practitioners will benefit from this overview of recent changes and trends in the world of insurance coverage that potentially impact theirs and their clients’ insurance coverage and insurance coverage obligations. The program will welcome attendee questions and interaction during the roundtable discussion.
Insurance coverage specialist Brian R. Lehrer will lead the program. Lehrer is a New Jersey civil trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience in litigating insurance coverage, personal injury and employment matters. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict before judges and juries in personal injury matters, commercial disputes and insurance coverage actions. He has also written numerous articles for New Jersey Lawyer and other publications on landlord tenant law, insurance coverage and employment discrimination.
