The United States continues to be a nation of immigrants. Change is the one constant in immigration practice. Each administration puts its stamp on immigration policy, and the Biden/Harris administration is no exception. Significant changes, covering all areas of immigration, are underway. Our program presents a comprehensive guide to immigration practice in 2022 and 2023 and will also bring you up to date on the latest developments and practice insights.

If you are a general practitioner who currently handles immigration matters or would like to expand your practice to handle these cases, plan on attending this informative program. You will learn the basics of immigration practice, including how to obtain Nonimmigrant and Immigrant Visas and how to handle employment and family-based immigration matters. You will also learn how to represent foreign nationals and understand the latest procedural and substantive changes. This program will bring you up to date on the Biden/Harris Administration's immigration initiatives by examining its efforts to shift the immigration structure back to prioritizing family unification, diversity, and worker protections and providing a roadmap for undocumented individuals to achieve citizenship.

We have designed this program to give you a basic understanding of immigration practice and procedure and provide you with the latest information about changes in this area of practice.
