With the denial of certification from the state Supreme Court, the New Jersey State Bar Association considers all issues raised by this litigation finally and conclusively resolved. The Association vigorously defended its ability to lawfully engage in a way where all voices are heard and a multiplicity of perspectives are taken into account.
