The state Supreme Court issued a notice clarifying that retired attorneys can volunteer for District Ethics and Fee Arbitration Committees without jeopardizing their retired status. The Judiciary is also seeking attorneys, retired or active, to apply as volunteers for the New Jersey attorney regulatory system.
