The art of taking a deposition is a critical skill for every trial attorney, no matter what kind of litigation you handle. Being an expert at depositions requires additional skills than trial techniques. And with the number of trials decreasing, taking a killer deposition matters more now than ever.
An experienced panel of New Jersey Litigators will provide tips and strategies to sharpen your performance at depositions. There will be plenty of demonstrations and examples to show how the strategies and theories play out.
You will learn questioning techniques, the strategy and skill of objections, use of exhibits, managing evasive or hostile witnesses, and more.
Spend the day gaining practical skills across practice areas to enhance your depositions. Register today!
